Congratulations to Melissa Lyn Swinamer, daughter of Linda and Todd Swinamer of Mount Uniacke on her graduation from Dalhousie University with her Nursing Degree.
Proud grandparents are: Shirley and Wayne Hartling and Joyce and Sonny Swinamer.
At one time there was an Air Command Radio Transmitter operational from WW2 until mid-70's) site in Mt. Uniacke (where the industrial site is now situated) and a radio receiver site in Lakelands(operational from WW2 until 1967.
