A NEW 50+ PROGRAM IN ARDOISE
   The Ardoise Community Centre is starting a new gentle exercise program for 50+ residents in the area. With funds provided by the Government of
Canada "New Horizons For Seniors Participation Program", the Ardoise Community Centre has purchased two WII gaming video systems to contribute to the fitness of 50+ residents.
   The FREE program will offer exercise suitable for all participants including those in wheelchairs. The Hall is wheelchair accessible and has an accessible washroom.
   The plan is to have residents attend the Open Houses to see what will be offered on a weekly basis. The first Open House is on Friday, 19 March from 7 to 9pm.
The second is on Monday, 22 March from 1 to 3pm.
The dates and timing for the program will be arranged to suit the participants.
   The Ardoise Community Centre is located at the intersection of Highway 1 and the Ardoise School Road.
