A NEW 50+ PROGRAM IN ARDOISE

www.ardoisehall.ca

SPECIAL EVENTS

The Ardoise Community Centre is starting a new gentle exercise program for 50+ residents in the area. With funds provided by the Government of Canada "New Horizons For Seniors Participation Program", the Ardoise Community

Centre has purchased two WII gaming video systems to contribute to the fitness of 50+ residents.

The FREE program will offer exercise suitable for all participants including those in wheelchairs. The Hall is wheel-chair accessible and has an accessible washroom.

The plan is to have residents attend the Open Houses to see what will be offered on a weekly basis. The first Open House is on Friday, March 19  from 7pm to 9pm.

The second is on Monday,  March 22  from 1pm to 3pm.

The dates and timing for the program will be arranged to suit the participants.

Come try your hand at Bowling & Tennis using WII Video systems.  Great low impact exercise.

Program continues weekly after the Open House.

The Ardoise Community Centre is located at the intersection of Highway 1 and the Ardoise School Road.

For more detailed information readers are invited to contact Susan Wright at 757-2900.
