News From Uniacke Baptist Church

The February 27th Gospel music concert with Sonlight and Mt. Uniacke's very own Luck of the Draw was a rousing success.  It was also a very special night for Jim Sampson as it was his final concert.  He is retiring from public concerts.  Jim has had a long career in the music scene in Nova Scotia.  In a note to pastor Alan Orser, he said, "I would like to convey my thanks to you and all the members of the Uniacke Baptist Church for allowing me to finish my playing career at the church.  I thoroughly enjoyed the times that I played at the various concerts."

Thought:  "As we cast our cares on God, He casts His love on us."  Anon
